Algonquin’s Inland Wetlands and Watercourses - Wetland Permit Application was approved by the Norwich Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission December 12, 2008.

2008/06/27
Algonquin filed its Water Quality Certification Application with the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection on June 27, 2008.

2008/06/16
Algonquin filed its Section 404, Clean Water Act Permit Application with the  U.S. Department of the Army Corps of Engineers on June 16, 2008.
